Working Hands Brewers Dinner
Come enjoy an evening at The Baldwin, featuring a delicious pairing menu curated by Chef Joe Kosarek and Ellen Woods from Working Hands Fermentation.
Each course will take you through a sensory exploration of beer, cider, and food. Working Hands staff will be able to answer any questions you may have about their beer and cider.
Ellen Woods Potter grew up in the Columbia Gorge, before heading to college at WSU. She started working at the only local brewery in Pullman and was immediately hooked. After graduating, she traveled the world as a flight attendant for several years, tasting the local beers wherever she went. Eventually, she realized craft beer wasn’t just a passion, but could also be a career. Ellen got back into the brewing industry in Dallas, where she helped open a local craft taproom and became a manager at one of the largest craft breweries in North Texas. She is currently studying to become a Certified Cicerone, which has been a long-time dream. Ellen recently moved back to The Dalles and took on the Taproom Manager position at Working Hands Fermentation, where she is developing her pallet and knowledge of cider as well.
The Baldwin executive Chef Joe Kosarek has 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, learning most of the trade in his home state of Louisiana. He’s done it all and made it all, and he is here at The Baldwin to share his love for food with you through these special pairings.
The ticket price is $85 per person and includes gratuity. If you have any specific allergens, there will be an opportunity to share them with us through a pre-visit questionnaire after purchasing the ticket. We will do our best to accommodate your needs!
