Join Joanna Matson-Tandberg for an engaging 4-week series featuring wellness practices to help you navigate life.
This series features classic teachings to help calm the inner and outer chaos – through yoga movement, focused breathwork, and Ayurvedic tips and treats. Gather with fellow wellness seekers for lively discussion about the three universal governing energies (doshas), specifically vata (wind), as we enter into this transitional time of year.
Each class will begin with a 45 minute grounding all-levels yoga practice, breath work, and meditation. The second half of each class will be spent sharing ZVBotanicals chai tea in satsang, with discussion centering on daily and seasonal practical tips, based on ancient Ayurvedic practices, to calm our mind, body and even the environment around us.
The first week will set the groundwork for the following three sessions, so that each participant may witness their progress, their tendencies, and their true needs. This series builds on self-awareness and connecting to our true deep intentions and callings.
Ayurveda and Yoga teach us to pay attention to all levels of our bodies, beyond what our five senses perceive or understand. This one-month workshop will offer a common sense road map to live one’s life feeling grounded and alive, in balance with one’s true nature.
