This 6-week series of a 75-minute Pre/postnatal Yoga class is to offer safe, simple, and mindful yoga practice in pregnancy and post-partum. This series is created to share experiences, even if it is sharing your breath and presence and to connect with yourself, your baby, and other parents.
If you are postpartum and have a pre-crawling infant, you are welcome to bring them. If you are coming to the studio with your infant, please bring a large baby blanket that you can fold to be able to lay your infant on at the front of your mat (babies like to watch parents do yoga). If your infant is now mobile, we are hoping you can find care for them so you can attend on your own.
These classes can be attended in-studio at 2600 May Street (masked and distanced), live-streaming, or via recording for up to 3 days after.
