Beth Slowik is a 200 hour certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor and an 80 hour certified Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra© Instructor. She has over a decade of experience practicing and teaching yoga and energy medicine. Beth owns a holistic life coaching practice and Empowered Woman TV which provides online and in-person wellness workshops.
