Benefit Plant Sale
On May 22nd and 23rd Friends of the Mill A Little Free Library (FOLFL) will be holding their annual plant sale at the Gallery at 3632 Cook-Underwood Road in Mill A, Washington. The sale will be held both days from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., rain or shine.
All COVID safeguards in place on those dates will be followed, and we’re expecting everyone to be safe and sensible.
Vegetable starts, annuals, perennials, herbs, shrubs, ornamental grasses, native plants and more will be available. There are always a few last minute surprises!
All plants are grown in the area and ready for planting in your yard and garden. Please share this information with neighbors, friends and relatives-and any gardeners you know.
You can also check out and purchase the artwork in the Gallery-many very talented and creative people showcase their items there.
Past fundraisers have been used to purchase supplies used to build several Little Free Libraries, buy a bench for readers to use at the Mill A LFL, and provide awards to a student at Mill A school. The group has supported a field trip for local students, paid for a Mill A Community sign, and donated funds to the local 3 Squares Program, which provides weekend food for low-income children living in the area. Last year funds were donated to our local food bank. All funds are put to positive good uses in our local community.
Thank you, as always, for your past support!
